Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Always Kandid ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Always Kandid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages or Lost
Always Kandid is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

OUR RETURN POLICY
What You Need to Know
We do not except returns. All jewelry made is made to order for only YOU. We can not re-sell used jewelry even if you only used it once. However, you can exchange it for another piece(s) in the shop for equal or greater value (you must pay any additional charges). You have 14 days upon delivery to exchange an item. You will not get a refund if you choose a piece(s) less than your exchange. You are also responsible for shipping to and from Always Kandid. You can not exchange a piece(s) that you need fixed or resized. Please read below for resizing instructions (Warranty).
WARRANTY AT ALWAYS KANDID
Our Policy
Always Kandid will give you a warranty of one year from your delivery date if you need your jewelry piece(s) fixed, whether if it broke or need resizing, you may send it back to Always Kandid to be fixed (if it is fixable). You are responsible for shipping cost to and from Always Kandid. You are also responsible for any added material that may have broken off your jewelry piece(s) that you have not returned (if broken) or any added material for sizing. Please contact us first before sending.

Always remember it's easier to take off than to add on. This meaning, if you order a jewelry piece that is too big, we can always make it smaller, and it will look like the original piece. However, if you order a jewelry piece that is too small, the only way we can make it bigger is to add an adjustable chain on your original jewelry piece (only if the piece allows us to). We can not make a new replacement for you unless you purchase a new one. So please, order wisely.
